By the time you read this, I’ll be sitting on a beautiful beach somewhere in Playa del Carmen sipping mojitos and/or yummy frozen concoctions served in some sort of a halved-fruit. Please feel free to poke around the site and enjoy some past posts you may have missed until my return. I’ll be sure to consume mass quantities of chips, salsa and guacamole on your behalf.
